Marywood bulls are the best in the business because they are produced and raised in real world working conditions.

The top traits of Marywood bulls are Calving Ease, Early Maturing, High Libido able to service many cows, Longevity with good feet and legs, Producing replacement females with milk and calving ease.

Marywood has such a high standard of their bulls, that they guarantee all the bulls they sell.  Marywood guarantees that the bull will get your cows bred, and if they do not then we will provide a replacement bull so your cows are bred in the time frame that you want.   
Marywood bulls come in a number of colours that include red, red white face, black, black white face, and traditional Simmental. 

Marywood uses a number of different selection methods to develop the bulls that they sell.

Selection Methods

Genetics
Marywood uses Simmental breed EPD's (expected progeny difference) to determine if an offspring has the possibility of becoming a herd sire

Visual appearance
Marywood selects for structural correctness, temperament, and visual attractiveness

Feed test
Marywood runs a BIO (beef inpovment ontario) bull testing program that measures growth rate and weight per day of age

Ultrasound
Marywood uses ultrasound technology to find the bulls with high marbling, low back fat, and Large rib eye
